We offer maintenance of industrial security devices
An adequate maintenance program avoids high costs for corrective maintenance repairs and failures in safety devices, which would put personnel at high risk
For all Security and Fire Devices
● For detectors, call points, fire extinguishers,
water network and auxiliary devices

Portable and Fixed Gas Monitors
● When performing this test, the gas detector sensors will be briefly exposed to a gas concentration greater than the alarm set points
● These tests verify the operation of sensors and alarms
Calibration of Gas Monitors
● Calibration: Expose the monitor to a known concentration of a calibration gas or test gas for a specified time. This reading will become the reference point of the gas detector for future readings

Gas detectors must be calibrated on a regular basis, as sensors can be tampered with and contaminants and inhibitors can affect gas readings.

The preventive evaluation of the equipment is aimed at the conservation of the equipment, through revisions and repairs that guarantee its proper functioning and reliability, avoiding or mitigating the consequences of equipment failures.

● Daily review: Carried out by the user, it consists of a quick check of the state of the equipment, carried out without exception, before it is used
● Complementary review: It is carried out when the equipment has been exposed to special or extraordinary conditions, such as corrosive environments, falls, among others

Main enemies: saline environment in the case of offshore work, corrosive environment in the manufacturing industry.
● Annual reviews: In-depth reviews, must be scheduled in advance in the company's maintenance plan and carried out according to the manufacturer's recommendations, by a trained technician
● Maintenance Requirements
a. Verify closure and locking of carabiners, as well as orientation of the load
b. Check the integrity of the energy absorber and measure its length
c. Inspect the sheath of the rope, that it does not present excessive wear, or knots, mainly in the vicinity of the tensioner
d. Use only components that are compatible and suitable for the tasks
e. Carry out and document periodic inspections
● In the event of any damage, it is important that original spare parts are used
● The technician who performs the maintenance must be a specialist in the type of line on which the work is done, as well as have a valid and up-to-date certification
